About this house rental
Located in the seaside town of Deal, this charming cottage is just seconds from the award winning high street with it’s cafes, restaurants and independent shops, as well as a short stroll to the long promenade, with its iconic pier, seafront restaurants and pubs. Villa Vita is a charming home, tastefully decorated by the owner, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has a cosy sitting room, a dining room and kitchen, and a delightful sunny courtyard. Upstairs are three spacious and light bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

Conservatory with chairs, leading out to the courtyard garden
First floor
Bedroom - sleeps 2, with Kingsize bed, bedside lamps, built in wardrobes and drawers
Bedroom – sleeps 2, with double bunk beds, table and lamp

Walk in shower, roll top bath, WC and hand basin
Second floor
Bedroom - sleeps 2, with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobes.

Two hours free on-street parking outside of property. Union road car park is just behind the house.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

The house provided everything for a comfortable stay with a party of six. It is close to the town centre and beach. We would definitely stay there again.

We can't say enough good things about this house.
We stayed over Christmas and it really was perfect. The house itself is very spacious, we were able to sit 11 around the dining room table for xmas dinner, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a family stay in terms of cooking facilities etc. The hosts had even decorated for xmas and left a very well stocked cupboard of goodies and a christmas card which was very much appreciated.
The bedrooms are all very generously sized, with comfy beds and linen. Bathrooms amazing and the conservatory at the back of the house makes the whole house feel even bigger.
Location-wise, you are opposite a beautiful church, right next to the nicest street in town, walking distance to great pubs and a 5 min walk to the beach.
