About this house rental
Located in the seaside town of Deal, this charming cottage is just seconds from the award winning high street with it’s cafes, restaurants and independent shops, as well as a short stroll to the long promenade, with its iconic pier, seafront restaurants and pubs. Villa Vita is a charming home, tastefully decorated by the owner, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has a cosy sitting room, a dining room and kitchen, and a delightful sunny courtyard. Upstairs are three spacious and light bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

Dining room with table and chairs to seat 6 comfortably. Decorative fireplace.

Kitchen with range master gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Small fold up table and four spare chairs available.
Conservatory
Conservatory with chairs, leading out to the courtyard garden
First floor
Bedroom - sleeps 2, with Kingsize bed, bedside lamps, built in wardrobes and drawers
Bedroom – sleeps 2, with double bunk beds, table and lamp
Bathroom
Walk in shower, roll top bath, WC and hand basin
Second floor
Bedroom - sleeps 2, with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobes.
En-suite - WC and hand basin.

An enclosed courtyard with small table and chairs.
Parking
Two hours free on-street parking outside of property. Union road car park is just behind the house.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

We have rented a property through Keepers Cottage before, but this one really stood out for us.
The house was really super clean, always a pleasant start to your holiday.
Villa Vita is comfortably furnished, and thanks to the conservatory and garden, you have just that little bit of extra space to relax.
The house is located a very short walk from the center and the sea.
In addition, there are 2 supermarkets a short distance away, and right outside the door is a small park where you can stroll through.
Furthermore, parking was absolutely no problem, something that is always a plus in Deal.
I can only say that Villa Vita received a solid 10 from us. So we know where we will be spending our next holiday in Deal.

Villa Vita is a great house, spacious, comfortable, warm and welcoming. The location is super, a few steps to the independent shops and cafes at the north end of the high street and just 3 minutes to the beach. All the major shops within 5 minutes walk. We look forward to a return visit.

Our second stay at Villa Vita. Lovely comfortable house, clean and well equipped, close to the town centre, station, beach and restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

The house provided everything for a comfortable stay with a party of six. It is close to the town centre and beach. We would definitely stay there again.
