Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Deal’s charming Conservation Area, The Warren is a unique Georgian coach house that combines timeless character with a bold, modern twist. From the ivy-clad exterior, step inside to discover a home filled with personality, where quirky design meets cosy comfort.
Imagine curling up in the pink-panelled sitting room, warmed by the glow of a wood burner. Or perhaps you’ll indulge in a soak in the freestanding tub in the marble bathroom. When the sun starts to set, grab a bottle and stroll just 90 seconds to the beach to enjoy the view—it’s the perfect spot to unwind.
This spacious property features:
-Five bedrooms (three doubles and two singles)
- A bright and welcoming living room with a 48” Amazon Fire UHD TV (including Disney+, Paramount+, and Discovery+) and a wood burner
- 1.5 bathrooms, with a luxurious freestanding bath, separate shower, and underfloor heating for added comfort
- A brand-new, open-plan kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, opening out to a private, east-facing courtyard – a lovely suntrap for your morning coffee or evening drinks
The entire house is yours to enjoy during your stay, making it a perfect retreat for families, friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing break by the sea.

The Warren is ideally located to explore everything Deal has to offer. The Ship Inn pub is just 30 seconds away, and you’ll find a fantastic selection of pubs, bars, and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Don’t miss a visit to the Deal Pier Café for great food and even better sea views.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, the seafront offers plenty of options for walking, jogging, or cycling, with breathtaking coastal scenery that stretches for miles. If you’re feeling adventurous, why not try swimming or kayaking? And if you’re keen to explore further afield, Deal is the perfect base for discovering Kent by car.

- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Kitchen was good! Very warm downstairs but upstairs very cold. Lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. Other than that the house was beautiful and Deal is great.

We all absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our group of 5 long standing friends. We have done annual trips away for many years now & we all agreed that this was the best house that we have stayed in. The interesting layout meant that we each had our own room & were spaced out around the property. Perfect location. Near to everything. We will be back!

We had a very happy stay at The Warren, a Georgian property beautifully modernised but still retaining charm and character. We were a party of 3 generations and having bedrooms on each of the 3 floors gave a good degree of private time. We had the lower ground floor bedroom which was beautifully cool in the scorching weather. There is everything you could possibly need at the property and it is all in very good order. The free off street parking is several minutes’ walk away but we visited in peak season and both of our cars found a spot every day - and dropping off luggage etc was straightforward. A very reassuring aspect of our visit was the excellent communication and kindness of Pen and Neil.

The Warren is a beautiful Georgian house close to the centre of Deal. It made a perfect base to explore this lovely town. The hosts were very helpful before our arrival, suggesting some lovely restaurants and places to visit. The house is nicely decorated with some quirky touches and the place was extremely clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The small garden makes a lovely place to have breakfast, or an evening meal, when it is warm. Being in the old centre of Deal, parking can be tricky. We had to park quite a way from the property. All in all, we had a very enjoyable week and would be very happy to return to the Warren.
