A very nice place to stay

The apartment was impeccably clean and very quiet, in a small village with lovely mountain views, about 20 minutes from Innsbruck. The kitchen had everything we needed.

We wondered why there wasn’t any living area. We had to sit in the kitchen to have a conversation. We weren’t able to raise the temperature in the apartment ourselves, so our first night was quite cold, though our hosts willingly did change it in the morning when we asked.

Nice mountain views and clean

Too cold. No heating. Toilet and bathroom are separate. No wash basin in toilet and shape of toilet seat very wierd. Staff very unfriendly.

Nothing was missing, 2 big beds, good kitchen, easy parking, nice location. Hosts responded quickly to any question.

The view over the mountains is spectacular, the hostess and people are very friendly, very nice location for what we were looking for (scenery and peacefullness) and very nice neighbourhood.

Curtains not closing completely, uncomfortable bed and pillows, heaters not adjustable, shortage of cutlery and other items expected for self catering (coffee,cooking oil etc).

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht! Für Sporen-Allergiker ungeeignet.

Die Wohnung entspricht optisch den Fotos in der Anzeige. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, den man leicht findet. Die Lage ist ruhig und Innsbruck in etwa 20 Minuten per PKW zu erreichen. Mit der Welcome Card (Kurtaxe Innsbruck vor Ort noch in bar zu entrichten) kann man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel endgeldfrei nutzen. Die Welcome Cards waren bei Ankunft fertig in der Wohnung zusammen mit einem Prospekt, wozu die Karten genutzt werden können!

Die Küche vermisst leider ein paar notwendige Utensilien, die ein typisches Frühstück erlauben: es gibt keinerlei Kannen, um Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Lediglich eine Pod-Maschine. Über Feiertage bekommt man dann leider keine passenden Pods! Wir hatten Instant-Kaffe dabei! Unseren Tee haben wir in einem Kochtopf zubereitet. Ein Teesieb zum Abgießen gab es auch nicht. Eine Nachfrage beim Vermieter, wohnt oben drüber, wegen einer Kanne hatte keinen Erfolg! Da sich die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss befindet, hat sie einen typischen Kellergeruch, der sich auch mit intensivem Lüften nicht vertreiben lässt. Für Menschen mit Sporen-Allergie ist diese Wohnung eher nicht geeignet. An allen Stellen, wo Wasser, im Bad oder durch Kondensieren an den Fenstern, auftritt, zeigt sich Schwarzschimmel (siehe Fotos)!

Vergaane Glorie

Rustige omgeving. Fijne bedden en prima parkeerplaats. Er is een magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en radio in de keuken. 2 ruime slaapkamers.

Het appartement ademt vooral " er was eens" Jaren 90 appartement waaraan wel wat is gedaan maar het zou eigenlijk gerenoveerd moeten worden. Keuken: afzuigkap is vet.. en werkt niet. Er staat een stoel die nogal wiebelt (losse verbindingen). De keuken is niet compleet.. ( er missen kopjes en geen pannen-onderzetters) In de tuin staat een camper die ons uitzicht belemmerd. In de slaapkamer.. laminaat op de vloer wand en plafond ! En krukjes als nachtkastje.. In de slaapkamer hangt een super klein tv-tje. De badkamer is redelijk maar ook sporen van schimmel. De wc ... die doet het maar is ook ver over de datum heen. De accomodatie is eigenlijk iets te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Prima verblijf vlak bij Innsbruck

De ligging: het was superrustig, we genoten van de stilte. Dicht genoeg bij Innsbruck. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en we konden zelf prima onze maaltijden bereiden. Supermarkt met bakkerij op loopafstand.

Als we dan toch iets moeten melden: Het toilet rook wat muf.
