Lovely apartment for holiday in Stubai valley

Convenient location, close to bus stop, supermarket (SPAR), restaurant, can easily get to hiking paths. Good cooking facilities. Nice hot shower. Easy check in and check out. Quiet at night. Overall a very nice guesthouse to stay in for holidays.

One side of the bed is a bit uncomfortable (mattress is too soft/low in the middle)

The apartment had a nice view and quite surrounding. You need a car to visit Innsbruck Granny who runs the house was really helpful and amazing personality.

Beautiful aged couple. Very nice. They like to make a talk and drink a schnapps with you.

Bad smell in the sheets and in the toilet. The apartment wasn’t really clean. The walls between the two bedrooms are made of thin wood, so you can hear everything. No hood for cooking. The shower head is broken. It takes two minutes before you have warm water. There’s a lot of loud (busses, motorcycles and agricultural vehicles) traffic from the street.

Vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Goede en veilige parking. Toilet afzonderlijk van badkamer. Ligging, Spar op wandelafstand. Goede bedden.

Verouderde douche, die wel goed werkt, maar de vloer oogt niet proper. Te weinig licht, vooral aan de keuken. Warm water in keuken werkt niet goed, waardoor we dit met waterkoker moesten maken voor de afwas.

Gastgeber freundlich, aber Sauberkeit war katastrophal

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich

Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig, habe erst selbst geputzt. Die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, weder genug Teller, Bestecke noch Gläser.

Betaalbaar appartement

Locatie is top, vlakbij een klein skigebied en vlakbij Schlick 2000. Eigenaar zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Bedden zijn goed. Douche doet t goed, maar wel een beetje vreemd met houten vloer. Keuken en badkamer niet superschoon, maar okay. 2 elec kook pitjes. Maar gezien de prijs en de bedden zijn prima, is het te doen met de juiste verwachtingen. We hebben een topweek gehad met skiën hier.
