L'appartamento è dotato di ogni cosa necessaria alla permanenza: stoviglie, pentole, bicchieri di ogni tipo, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie.... 2 bagni, cosa fantastica se si è in tanti... Ma soprattutto PULITISSIMO! Tutte le stanze si affacciano sil bellissimo giardino che, neanche a dirlo, offre vista mozzafiato sulle montagne! Qui volendo si possono consumare i pasti vista la presenza di un tavolo oppure prendere il sole nei lettini a Disposizione. Manfred e la sua signora sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro quando abbiamo delle difficoltà Lo consigliamo con certezza ❤️

Apartament położony w przepięknej lokalizacji, z fantastycznym widokiem na góry – naprawdę robi wrażenie. Wnętrze dobrze wyposażone, niczego nam nie brakowało. Gospodarze przemili, pomocni i bardzo gościnni. Cały pobyt był przyjemnością. Gorąco polecam każdemu, kto szuka spokojnego miejsca w otoczeniu natury!

מיקום מדהים וקרוב מאוד לאינסבורק ולטיולים באזור טירול ,נוף מדהים!! נקי מאוד ,הדירה מתאימה מאוד לשני זוגות עפ פרטיות מלאה (כל חדר נמצא בצד אחר עם שירותים ואמבטיה נפרדים) ,בעל הדירה אדיב מאוד ועזר לנו דרך הטלפון גם לצק' אין וגם להגעה למקום

The property is, in general, fine. Two bedrooms equipped with shower each, a dining room and kitchen. The views are great as well. Be prepared to drive steeply uphill though. Could be tricky in icy conditions. The owner allowed us to arrive midnight, which was great - no need for a sleep-over in hotel. Not much interaction with the owner: when it is paid, he just dissapear.

1. The municipality changed the street names in 2018 => misleading. 2. The host really cares only about money. 3. Take your sheets with you - the provided bedlinnen is terrible quality. 4. Take additional toilet paper - what's provided is just one roll per toilet. 5. Take additional dishwasher tabs - just a few provided. 6. The property is highly overrated - never before seen a property with 9.0 with this type of conditions. 7. We booked for "Max 4 adults", arrived with 3 adults and 2 kids - got complains. The owner was pre-informed about our composition - no complaint. Only at spot - bla-bla - shall book for 5. Got a bill with "extras". For the price, we would have just chosen other property, there is plenty on offer... 8. Note: in most reviews I'm really positive, this just does not deserve 9.smth rating, sorry.
