Casa muy bonita salón con la cocina estilo americano , dos habitaciones en la primera planta . Muy agradable , la dueña Susana muy amable seguro regresamos allí .

The house is lovely and spacious, with elegant furnishings and in a quiet area. The kitchen is well equipped and the facilities in the bathroom are good. There is a shop, restaurant and café nearby. The walk to the main attractions in Porto is 20 minutes downhill and 25 uphill!
The open staircase. The bathroom isn't ventilated enough.

La réponse très rapide et la gentillesse du propriétaire ainsi que les explications très claire pour se rendre au logement et récupérer les clefs. L’appartement est jolie, très bien décoré.
L’absence totale de ventilation naturelle qui rend l’appartement humide surtout dans la salle d’eau ( dysfonctionnement de la VMC ) La literie est très inconfortable. Le store du salon fonctionne difficilement, obligé de l’aider à la main. Le store dans une des chambres ne ferme pas. Le métro se trouve relativement loin si vous avez un enfant ou si vous n’aimez pas marcher. Le quartier où se trouve le logement paraît peu actif.
