Excellent central location on Via Catarina, perfect for exploring Porto
Easy check-in process (even though it’s about 50 meters from the apartment)
Gets quieter at night between 23:00 and 07:00
The apartment feels quite outdated and in need of improvement
Microwave plate doesn’t rotate and kettle doesn’t switch off automatically
Air conditioning is the only source of heating/cooling and comes without instructions
Bathroom needs attention, with mould around the bathtub and very low shower pressure due to limescale
Very noisy during the day due to the central location, street noise, and nearby construction (windows are not double glazed)

La posizione, è ottima anche se si trova in una via pedonale molto rumorosa di giorno.
Una volta chiusa la finestra si riesce ad attenuare il rumore.
Di notte non si sente praticamente nulla.
Pulizia scadente.
L'umidità sulla finestra, al mattino era piena d'acqua di condensa. Presenza di muffa.
L'aria condizionata non funziona.
Il materasso dovrebbe essere cambiato, è vecchio.
Il bagno è minuscolo e datato.
La cucina è vecchia e siccome praticamente nessuno la usa non viene pulita, sembra a posto ma non lo è.
Presente la macchina del caffè ma nessuna cialda di cortesia.
Il monolocale non vede lavori di miglioramento da anni.
Non mi hanno dato né mandato la fattura.
