Palm Mar Penthouse Duplex

Great about this apartment: Warm and cheerful welcome by Sofia. Apartment is clean, spacious, quiet and has a huge, cosy terrace with a nice view. Good communication with the agency. These all are things I always appreciate a lot. Also liked the firm beds. Overall I was happy with this place and would book again at a special price I got now.

Not so great: Kitchenware (quantity and quality). Uncomfortable sofa. Missing or disfunctional odour trap of downstairs toilet sink (or where is the smell coming from..?). No night stands in the other bedroom. Terrace furniture cushions not so fresh. These have been mentioned in several reviews, and major improvements could be made with such a small effort, why not do that? This place has a great potential and many upsides but gives partly cheap impression. Quality doesn't really match the normal price which is quite high compared to same level and size apartments I've stayed in Palm-Mar.

Bagni puliti ma purtroppo sono tutti senza finestra

La ubicación pensaba que estaba más cerca de la playa por las imagenes, además es una playa super pequeña, muy pequeña y de piedras

Era una zona de mucho extranjero y poco español. Además el alojamiento tenía televisión pero no podías ver ningún canal español porque no había antena y el aparato que le ponían todos los canales ingleses, cuando llamamos para decirlo nos dijeron que es que no habían alojado nunca a nadie español allí, así que el rato que estabamos en el apartamento no podíamos ver la tele ni nosotros ni los niños. Además a las diez de la noche hablando en la terraza familiarmente con nuestros niños nos gritaban que nos callasemos y eran las diez. Por lo que muy silencioso todo y triste.
