Penthouse Las Olas

Rustige locatie, 4 terrassen dus altijd zon/schaduw. Rustige plek met voldoende restaurants, supermarkt. Ik zou het weer boeken!

De ontvangst. De meest onvriendelijke man die ik ooit heb ontmoet. Jammer dat er niet minimaal 1 fles water is als je aankomt. Gelukkig was de supermarkt nog open. Eén toilet was niet schoon. Lichtelijk verouderd. Langzaam toe aan renovatie.

This is our 2nd stay at the Penthouse and every time it ticks all the boxes for us. The owner is very friendly and flexible, he was able to accommodate an early check in for us annd when we asked to stay later he facilitated, could ask for better service. Easy to arrange check in, the man handing over the keys was there upon arrival waiting and we were checked in with 15 minutes. The apartment has all you could need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is one of the best we’ve been to, with plenty of sun bed and no need to rush down to secure a bed. Go any time of day and you’ll not be disappointed. The area is quiet but Palm Mar is getting more and more restaurants / bars in the last 8 years since our last visit. Would highly recommend a visit to Bahia Beach Bar in Palm Mar for anyone visiting.

Nothing - our only recommendation for improvement would be having a BBQ at the apartment.

Die Lage und der 85 Meter Pool.

Das Penthouse war klasse, ist aber schon im Alter. Fenster im Schlafzimmer war defekt und undicht. Die Baustelle direkt neben an war echt nervig, da von Montag bis Samstag ab 07.00 Uhr die Nacht vorbei ist und die Bauarbeiter gnadenlosen Lärm machen.

The property is in a lovely location, very clean with all amenities. The host was very helpful in all respects. Our stay was not disturbed in any way. We really enjoyed staying that Las Olas residence.
