Beautiful House in Club de Mar

Lots of positives with this house. It feels like someone’s home. There are oils, herbs, coffee pods etc left over from previous guests/owner as opposed to a business operated concern where everything is stripped bare and 1 roll of toilet paper left after each stay! There was plenty of space (we were a 4) and the kitchen well stocked. Owner provided bath and pool towels and the property has a BBQ

It would be great to have some sun loungers for use on the terrace (there are chairs that you can recline the back a bit)

С огромным удовольствием провели неделю в этих прекрасных апартаментах. Мы прилетели рано утром, и поскольку в этот день видимо не было выезда других туристов, Дмитрий нам любезно позволил заселиться прямо с утра. Нас встретила очень приятная женщина, всё рассказала и показала. Городок Пальм-Мар очень красивое место, настоящий курорт, в отличие от шумного многолюдного Лас Америкаса, где негде припарковаться и толпы народу, тут ощущаешь себя как в закрытом элитном клубе. Кондоминимум спокойный, тихий, очень стильно выглядит, ухоженный. Мы каждый день выезжали рано утром, и да, были небольшие пробки на выезде на трассу, но это максимум 10 минут. И вечером, во сколько бы мы не возвращались, никогда не было проблемы с парковкой прямо рядом. Апартаменты вживую выглядят уютнее, чем на фото. Трудно передать насколько всё продумано и всякие полезные мелочи оказываются под рукой в нужный момент. WiFi летал, я работала удалённо и проблем с соединением не было ни разу. Вспоминаем ужины на террасе с прекрасным видом на море и ностальгируем.

The house is located in a quiet area with easy access by car to Tenerife’s main attractions. There is a large, well-maintained swimming pool with direct access. The spacious house is fully equipped, with cleaning products and basic toiletries provided. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. A shop is located nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There’s a great terrace for relaxing by the pool and a beautiful ocean view from the rooftop. Parking is available on the street next to the house. Communication with the host was very good.

Some furniture needs refreshing. The house isn’t furnished in a very modern style, which might not appeal to everyone, but it has its own charm that we really liked.
