Thank you, Elena, for the perfectly organized vacation! Everything was wonderful! Check-in was easy, and there’s convenient parking right by the house. The house is spacious, bright, and very cozy — everything is decorated with great taste. It has everything you need for comfortable living. We especially loved the bedroom on the second floor — it felt like stepping into an oriental fairy tale. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable mattresses. Breakfast on the terrace with an ocean view and dinner at sunset were an absolute pleasure. The ocean is very close, just a short 5-minute walk along an easy road. There’s a restaurant with excellent cuisine and a bar right on the beach. Many restaurants and cafés are nearby, as well as a few small shops and a supermarket a bit further away. I travel a lot and have plenty to compare with — I can definitely recommend this place!

Location was great and property is secure. The upper outdoor terrace is excellent, well-furnished with fantastic views of the sea and superb sunsets. Also has a good patio heater for cooler evenings. Good, powerful showers; kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery etc. Wi-Fi seemed fast though we only used it upstairs. Communication from Elena was excellent.

The property is incorrectly advertised as having air conditioning- it does NOT. There is a portable dehumidifier in the store cupboard and a small wall fan in the upper bedroom, but neither of these cool the air. Even in October all rooms were very hot and we had to leave doors open, including overnight, to keep cool. Bed in upper room was comfortable, bedding clean but old (bobbly sheet) and could do with replacing.

Property looked tired and needed some upgrading for the price charged. Unhappy that if you shut a glass door leading to the roof terrace you could not get back inside. You were stuck with. no access.
