This tastefully furnished duplex in Palm-Mar (Arona) has 3 bedrooms and is fully equipped for 6 people.
The accommodation has an area of 246 m², including the terraces, and views of the mountain and the garden.
Palm-Mar, in southern Tenerife, is a small enclave, bordering the Atlantic Ocean and flanked by two nature reserves. It is a residential area just 15 minutes from "Tenerife Sur" airport .
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.
A perfect base to explore Tenerife: magnificent nature, beaches, breathtaking landscapes, culture, colonial villages, unlimited sports activities... the best cocktail for an unforgettable holiday.

Very well stocked and clean. We liked that dish and laundry detergent were provided. Also, thank you for being so responsive to our messages when we had questions/issues.
It would have been nice to have the hot tub turned on at least 24 hours before arrival so it was usable. It did not reach temperature until the next morning, and we were looking forward to it for relaxing after traveling all day.

Lots of dog muck along the main avenue on raised flower, shrub beds that was not pleasant to see or smell. Really takes the edge of an otherwise very pleasant area.
Quite a lot of communication needed over the booking and difficult online check in procedures that were frustrating. However, when couple of problems reported with the facilities maintenance were very quick to respond and repair.
