Great location in old town. Modern apartment.

Very modern, refurbished apartment. Patio was very spacious with nice views of the sea. Hostess was very responsive to our needs. During the first day we were having great difficulty getting the key to open the front door. Became vert frustrating as it could take up to ten minutes. We reached out to the property manager and she had the maintenance guy over to fix it first thing the next day and it worked like a charm.

A nice large space for a couple. Comfy beds and nice shower. We stayed in the lower level apt with a nice view from the patio. The upstairs unit has a balcony that you can see if you walk out to the edge of yours. It is located right under the iconic church tower in a great area near shops and restaurants. You do need to walk up the steep cobblestone paths to get to it and they are very slippery when wet. It was quiet at night as it's up the hill away from the harbor.

Because it's in the pedestrian only area you have to park and walk to it. We arrived at nite so finding it while walking up the steep hill with our luggage was tough. We saw a lot of people trying to find their places as it's a bit of a maze of little streets but you learn them quickly. Also be aware that parking close by in the lot by the harbor is extremely expensive so move your car to the free lot once you get your luggage in. The towels could be softer but that's really it.

Very pleasant trip to the beautiful Rovinj.

Beautiful view from the terrace, close to city centre, restaurants and bars. Calm at nights. Well equipped and clean apartment.

Very difficult to get to with luggage. Car had to be parked very far away from the apartment. City centre is closed for cars and passing is only permitted for residents. Transportation/luggage pick up would have been highly appreciated. Another alternative could have been if the host could have arranged for temporarily passage to drop the luggage off. Parking in the harbour is very expensive. However, there is free parking available within a 20 min walk which we found out from our friends. This information would have been helpful in advance.

An exceptional property with marvelous views

The property is located just a few steps away from the church of Saint Euphemia in the old town of Rovinj. The elevated location provides magnificent views, though due to the nature of the cobbled streets it would not be a good choice of property for anyone who has difficulty walking. The property is particularly spacious (both inside and out) and has been finished to a very high standard. Some properties in Rovinj offer complimentary transfer (by electric golf cart) from the main car park but Casa Monte did not include this service. However, it's easy to contact the numerous small companies that provide such a service. Casa Monte felt like 'home from home' and we would have loved to stay longer.

Exceptional

Location: right next to the eufemia church on top of a hill, with a view of the Adriatic sea at a distance. Quality of furniture: decent furniture and amenities all of which is quite new. Very near to the towns center and restaurants and yet in a quiet neighborhood. Responsiveness of the host: very quick to respond to messages and calls. Large Patio: there are two apartments in this home, the upper one has clear view of the sea. The Patio for both apartments is large and has a sofa and hanging chair. This is the best feature of the apartment. Note: you rent only one of the apartments and not both.

Location Good size apartment and very modern and well kept having your own garden view was fabulous especially when you wake up and crews ships are just pulling in loved walking around cobble streets so many and finding something different each day

Beautiful location and apartment, and a very helpful and friendly host. Very highly recommended

One of the few properties we could see that had an outside area and a view. It was fantastic to watch the fishing boats coming in whilst breakfasting on the terrace on the very comfy outside furniture. In the evening the lizards would skitter over the sunny walls and the birds would come into roost in the large cypress tree in the garden. It was very relaxing and beautifully decorated. The facilities were excellent - think a high end hotel suite, with high quality appliances, including a very good full oven and hob and fridge freezer. The location was excellent - high enough up the hill for the view, just below the church, but close enough to local bars and bakery to pop out and get breakfast in the morning. Definitely worth the price we paid.

Hard to think of anything we didn't like. The internet was not super fast, but was fast enough to access work emails and browse the internet. A tray for plates and crockery and a teapot would have been nice, as would a dustpan and brush inside. The TV was a little inaccessible - perhaps mounting it on a flexible arm would help?

Great Place Let Down by Lack of Information

Fantastic view. Great garden with furniture. Well equipped andd furnished and spotlessly clean Convenient for cafes and shops.

Dani's mother greeted us and, as she spoke no English, we received no explanation about how things worked and parking We then spent all afternoon working out parking, luggage transportation, how to operate the oven and fridge (we resorted to Google in the end) and finding a supermarket. A file with this information would be helpfull if Dani is not there in person.Why oh why doesn't Dani tell snyone about the taxi service and expect everyone to drag their luggage uphill? It must put people off

Fantastiskt fint boende med en helt oslagbar utsikt. Området runt omkring var också väldigt fint med gamla byggnader och kyrkan ett stenkast bort. Standarden på boendet var väldigt bra, nytt, rent, fräscht och bra öppna ytor.

Det enda var att det var ganska jobbigt att ta sig dit eftersom gratisparkeringen var en bit bort. Ganska backigt och tungt att bära men man hade kunnat boka taxi så det är egentligen inget problem.

L'accès est compliqué si vous avez des valises lourdes car via le piétonnier les pavés sont glissants et inégaux . La propriétaire devrait signaler qu'il y a des navettes de type voiturettes de golf qui peuvent vous amener à votre séjour pour une quinzaine d'euros .

Wunderschönes & sehr sauberes Appartement mit atemberaubenden Blick von der eigenen privaten Terrasse. Einrichtung und Ausstattung von erster Güte. Tolle und vor allem sehr ruhige Lage in der Altstadt- man erreichet von dort alles sehr schnell egal ob Restaurant oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine absolute Empfehlung 👍👍👍

Wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral und der Ausblick von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse auf das Meer wunderschön. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schnell und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnungsangaben bei Booking sollten geändert werden: es handelt sich nicht um 2 Zimmer sondern um ein Studio - das Bett ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnzimmer getrennt.

Studio spatios,terasa cu privelista spre mare( noi am stat la etaj ),gazda amabila. Am parcat masina in free parking unde este restaurantul Bosket ptr ca in prima noapte am platit 14€.(1 € pe ora) in parcarea de langa oras.
