About this house rental
Great 3 bedroom 2 bathroom traditional bungalow on the outskirts of Naxos city. This detached private single story house with secure parking has been upgraded recently, With a new double glazed doors and windows, kitchen and Jacuzzi/hot tub, the house is situated on the road to the amazing interior of Naxos Island, but only 800 meters from the main square of Naxos and only 800 meters from the award winning blue flag St. Georges beach. The house consists of one large double bedroom with a super king sized bed, air conditioning, Greek TV, double glazed tilt and turn doors and windows with built-in mosquito nets. Two twin rooms with air conditioning, double glazed tilt and turn doors and windows with built-in mosquito nets. A Double sofa bed in the kitchen dining area. Two shower rooms and a kitchen dining room. Outside there is a large terrace, Jacuzzi/hot tub and courtyard with outside dining for 8, built-in BBQ, table tennis, hammock, secure parking for several vehicles. Please note there is some traffic noise as the house is on a road, but there are new double glazed windows and doors and shutters all around the house which reduces the outside sounds to a minimum.

Naxos averages more than 12 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months and almost no rain in June, July and August, and was recently voted the 6th best Island in the world by reviewers.
Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.

The house is absolutely fabulous. Plenty of room for familes, all the amenities you could need, Kitchen full of everything needed, close to city, easy walk to grocery and other stores. David the property manager is amazing!!! He spent so much time with us at check in giving us maps and best places to eat (with owner names) all over the island. Must see Sites on the island and more! GREAT place and I would rent again if I get back to Naxos. THANK YOU DAVID! PS FABULOUS ISLAND to VISIT!

If more than 5 stars were possible I would give that! Wonderful, perfect house. 10 mins from beach and town walking. 5 mins from supermarket, bakery and restaurants. Could not have been happier with the property itself, the location, or wonderful Naxos.

This is an excellent bungalow within 10 mins of the beach and closer to all the restaurants, bars and shops (including supermarkets). The three bedrooms are well presented with good air conditioning, and the kitchen is well stocked. The outside space is large together with a hammock and an outdoor jacuzzi. The only negative is being close to the road which can make it a bit noisy and also reduces some of the privacy of the house. David is a fantastic host, and we would gladly come back to this property in the future.
