Castellum Suites

The family who owns this hotel is incredibly sweet, generous and thoughtful! Every detail was impeccable, and the aesthetic was simply stunning. The entire building has been recently renovated and the details are just beautiful, chic and modern with warmth. The family also prepares a beautiful breakfast every morning, tailored to each guest, and welcomed us with homemade apple cake when we arrived. They are also extremely responsive to messages at all hours, went out of their way to pick us up from another accommodation we had in Naxos and drove us to the port at the end of our stay. We were excited to leave Naxos for our next island expérience, but we didn't want to leave Castellum Suites given the warm hospitality!

The only thing that could be better is the location - it's very easy to walk everywhere from here, but it's across from a parking lot under the castle. Our room was on a higher floor with stunning views of the castle, but I wish it was a couple of streets closer to the Chora center.

We had a fantastic stay at Castellum Suites in Naxos. The accommodation was beautiful, spotless, and ideally located for exploring the island. What made our stay truly special was the incredible hospitality of Dimitris, Irina, and their family. They were so welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Dimitris, who prepared a guide for us with recommendations and highlights across Naxos. His local knowledge helped us make the most of our time on the island and discover some amazing places we might otherwise have missed. We highly recommend Castellum Suites to anyone visiting Naxos and would absolutely stay there again.

The real highlight of our stay wasn't the view — but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. The people running this place were absolutely wonderful; warm, attentive, and the kind of hosts who make you feel genuinely looked after rather than just checked in. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they clearly take real pride in what they do. The location was brilliant too — well placed for exploring, with everything you need close by. And the hot tub was a dream, especially in the evenings, the perfect way to wind down after a day out. There's a real care and character to this place that you don't always find, and it's the kind of stay that sticks with you. Would absolutely return, car park view and all.
