Great space in a walkable location-- but anticipate street noise when you sleep.

The location is right off the main stretch of Naxos Town. Restaurants, shops, and the port is extremely walkable. The property had a lot of space, so our family (4 adults) was quite comfortable in the space. The air conditioning worked well, which was important as we traveled during a very hot month. The hosts provided a video of how to walk to the property from the port, which made it incredibly easy to check-in. The hosts also provided welcome treats, which were a nice surprise and delicious!

A pro is also a con in this case. The location is right off the main stretch, which also means there is quite a lot of street noise. I am not typically sensitive to noise when I sleep, but I even had trouble sleeping a few of the nights because of loud patrons at the restaurant next door. Additionally, we had a cockroach in our bedroom. The place seemed quite clean, so I think this was a one off and a function of being in a city during the hot months of the year.

One of our best stays in Naxos town

The location was excellent, the townhouse was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host Nadia was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one.

As in other reviews the bin collection was a little noisy in the mornings. Fine if you are an early riser but if you lay in this could be a problem. However this was fine for us.

Great house, exceptional hospitality

We, a group of 3 friends in our 40s-50s stayed 4 days at the Cozy Comfy Town House. I rarely mark a 10, but it was perfect. The very best part is the owner Nadia, caring and responsive from start to end. Going extra miles! Like some other reviewers also experienced, she offered us very early checking because previous client had already left. This was beyond generous. Plenty of amenities, anything we can wish for, and additional welcome snacks! The decoration is very nice too, high quality flooring. And all is super clean. The location is ideal. Few steps to Chora sea front and to the ferry quay. The house is near a restaurant but we did not have problem as it closes early. The house is well isolated for sounds anyway. Maybe people with light sleep going early to bed might hear some noises, but in our opinion not more than any location in heart of the city. The bike rental ship was only briefly noisy in the mid morning and late afternoon, which was not a problem. The terrasse is huge and gorgeous. Perfect for lounging. The photos reflect exactly what to expect. This was one of our main selling point, and we were not disappointed. It has already been mentioned in other reviews, the last series of steps to reach the rooftop are steep. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We have been renting a lot of apartments or houses in Greece over the years (esp Athens, Paros, Naxos, Mani and Santorini). Always with good experiences. This one is our best so far. Top tier! My friends and I know that this review might lower our chances to get it available again next time we come to Naxos, due to popularity. But we want to express our honest gratitude and wishing the owner steady success! Excellence deserves to be recognized. Definitely a special place. Efkaristo Poli Nadia! We hope to stay again😊🤞🏻

Excellent location. So easy to get around on foot. Right off from the ferry. Car rental across the street with easy access and parking.

Very enjoyable and relaxed. The host Nadia was kind and provided us with some delicious cakes etc.

It was very central, and was we did not wish to hire a car, it was close to the bus station and other facilities, restaurants etc.

I should not wish to allow these remarks to detract from what remained an excellent choice of accommodation with many plusses. However the property, although very cozy and comfortable, was a little to close the main waste -disposal bin area, and the bins were emptied very early in the morning to the sound of much clanking and banging. Also the motor cycle hire shop was next door. That of itself was not a problem, but the gentleman who ran it most of the time we were there (not always him) preferred to communicate regularly in an unnecessarily loud voice which could be heard rater intrusively inside our accommodation. Shouting seem to be preferred to quiet conversation. Sometimes he was shouting in two directions across the street outside or window which makes it worse. We did not mention it to him, as we were just temporary guests.

The host Nadia was simply incredible, helped us with everything and provided information and lots of items on arrival - we had a small problem and she resolved it immediately and could not have been more kind of caring to ensure we had the best holiday ever - would recommend this place to anyone

Adorable townhouse, great location, fab roof deck

This charming two-level house on the edge of Naxos Town’s labyrinth was a comfortable and convenient base for our family’s visit to Naxos. It is hard to imagine a better location - it is steps from the ferry port and the stop from which the buses to the beaches depart, and a short walk to some of the island’s best restaurants. Perhaps most importantly, it is a five minute walk to the Portara and the Temple of Apollo. And the lovely roof deck is partially shaded in the afternoon and is a great spot to relax at the end of a long day of exploring. The bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned - a must for summer. Because it is situated in the center of town, there is a bit of street noise in the late evening but the a/c mostly drowned it out for us, so we weren’t bothered at all. Very clean and high quality bed & bath linens. We were there for five nights, and cleaning service was provided midway through our visit. There is a well-equipped kitchenette, but with so many appealing tavernas, restaurants & patisseries nearby, we mostly used it for making coffee and storing cold beverages. In short we loved this place and would definitely book again for future visits to Naxos.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Με άνετους χώρους. Και με οικοδεσπότες που προσπαθούν να κάνουν τις διακοπές μας μια όμορφη εμπειρία. Μας καθοδήγησαν με εξαιρετικά βίντεο για το πως θα φτάσουμε στο κατάλυμα.καθως και που θα παρκάρουμε. Μας πρόσφεραν πρωινό καθώς και νερά ποτά και σνακς. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Και για τις προσπάθειες που κάνατε για εμάς.

Την πρώτη νύχτα έγινε κάποια εκδήλωση στο διπλανό εστιατόριο και δεν κοιμηθηκαμε από την δυνατή μουσική. Ειναι ένα γεγονός που δεν οφείλεται στο κατάλυμα και η Ναντια προσπάθησε να έρθει σε συνεννόηση μαζί τους αλλά δεν κατάφερε κάτι.. Από ότι ενημερώθηκα δεν υπάρχουν συχνά τέτοιες εκδηλώσεις. Καλό θα ήταν όμως ,όταν υπάρχουν τέτοιες εκδηλώσεις να υπαρχει προηγούμενη ενημερώση και πιθανά επιλογή αν θέλει ο καλεσμένος να υπομένει τέτοια ταλαιπωρία η επιλογή για να μείνει κάπου αλλού. Ίσως θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μια συνεννόηση με το κέντρο διπλα οταν έχει τέτοια εκδήλωση, να ενοικιάζει αυτό τον χώρο της Ναντιας , ώστε να μην χρειάζεται η Κωνσταντίνα να απολογηθεί για κάτι που ουσιαστικά δεν φταίει.
