Good stopping place on our velo tour of the Loire.

Loved the interior. We’ll furnished with everything we needed. Nice touches.

The location was poor in relation to Sancerre.

Very good

The owner was very cooperative. She mailed us where she had hidden the key. So we had no trouble checking in. And for leaving we followed the same procedure. I just send her a message that we were gone and thanked her for the nice stay.

the neighbour. She clearly didn´t like the fact that we parked our car temporarily next to the house to unload our suitcases. We tried to greet her, but she was unwilling to be hospitable in any respect. Perhaps because of earlier experiences.

a great base if you are out each day and want a simple location

a well equipped apartment which was very clean. We arrived early to find the host cleaning, it was clear that they wished to do a good job. The host was warm and welcoming. We struggled to find a restaurant local to the apartment which was open. The host went 'above and beyond' in trying to help us. The kitchen was well equipped should we have decided to stay in. It is a very quiet location, pretty much zero noise intrusion.

it is 'tucked away' between other buildings which means that there is no view from any of the windows, and a bit dark. But the upside is that it is quiet. Parking was a very short walk to the quayside. Fine for most vehicles, and I guess that the risk of theft is minimal. But I would be reluctant to stay if travelling using one of our motorcycles.

Very pleasant place to spend a few days.

Lovely little gite in a quiet street. Outside space for meals. Easy walk to cafes and shops.

No parking on site. Also, the TV was rather small. But these weren't huge problems.

Vraiment tout! Tres bonne communication avant l’arrivée, hôte très disponible, belle réhabilitation sobre, tous les équipements à dispo, le canapé lit était même fait à notre arrivée pour qu’on ait plus qu’à s’y installer.

Appartement confortable proche de Sancerre

Gite confortable très bien équipé. Petite cour extérieure agréable. Très bien situé à 50 mètres de la Loire, 10 minutes de Sancerre. Parking facile à proximité.

Pas de vue : verre dépoli d'un côté, vue sur palissade de l'autre. Pas de contact direct avec l'hôte. Le côté vielle maison pourrait être mieux mis en valeur (Meuble et décoration standard "Ikea-Booking".)
