Everything needed for a small family stay

Pros:
- OUTSTANDING service.
Eleni - always on, responsive, super quick replies, friendly, nothing is trouble, goes out of her way to make you comfortable and shares tips to enjoy the area, Exarchia. A rare hospitality pro.
- easy access
No steps or anything weird (a pain when you have big suitcases like me). Codes work, spare keys, super easy.
- very comfortable and quiet bedrooms
- PS5 all ready to go, cool for gamers
Cons:
- no lounge, at all. A sofa facing the small kitchen, that's it, no seats, it's basically the extension of the main corridor
- beds have old fashioned metal springs. Noisy at best, don't expect to move much or do anything funny in these :-)
- dark. Bedrooms are well lit but the middle part (kitchen and sofa) are dark
- everywhere a bit tired, old fashioned (yellow paint work, shower head half broken) - needs a refresh all over.
- area is not great. Limited food options, no decent restaurants or bars, even an ATM is away. Feels a bit rundown. It's only 20 mins walk to the buzzy and cool part of Exarchia, so not bad bjt feels away from anywhere good

The apartment was close to public transportation, maybe 5 minute or so walk so it was very convenient for us to travel to where we want to go. The apartment was clean. A bit small for the 8 of us group but we had everything we needed, there was even detergent soap for the washing machine which the other apartment we stayed in didn't have (only washing machine) so big bonus points for this. There were instructions everywhere in the flat and we found that very considerate. Even instructions on how to make Greek coffee which was a very nice touch. The host wasn't able to meet us but she was readily available to answer all my queries. Overall a great stay and I will book it again if ever I come back to Athens.
We were on the 5th floor, 6th if by stairs and only one elevator was working so we worked up some steps with our luggages esp during arrival and departure and the one elevator that was working was too small even for one person with his luggage. And there was only one bathroom although I know about this even before I booked but maybe something to think about to add in the future esp if there are more than 5 guests staying in the apartment.

It is a 3 bedroom flat in a very old building. The flat was professionally re-designed and probably re-build differently from what it originally was. The interior design is very modern and wise, considering relatively small size of the property. The flat is indeed equipped with Netflix, Amazon prime, PS4 and a small PC and everything worked. It had all the necessary kitchenware to cook or make some basic food inhouse.
We were located on the 5-th floor and the building has 2 very small and old elevators (for max. 2 persons).
The host (Victoria) is super welcoming. She is working in the same building in a computer hardware lab and is available to any question or request quite instantly (matter of minutes) during the day.
The flat was super clean and tidy when we arrived.
The flat is located right next to a good supermarket and everything around is quite accessible by foot.
The neighborhood around the house is rather full of homeless and refugees. The area is very noisy due to a high traffic and it was quite difficult to find a parking for a minibus we arrived on. There are several parking places around, but all of them are not free of charge.
The kitchen in the apartment is tiny and it is impossible to have a meal together if you are more than 4-5 people. The toilet and the shower are located in the same room and for 7 people it was quite challenging to manage.
The lobby entrance to the building has a very bad odor of an old and abandoned place.
