Fantastic property, so well equipped and thought out - even down to poo bags for the dog! It was absolutely idyllic being so isolated and peaceful sitting in the garden listening and watching the birds. A fantastic location for a nervous dog like mine as it was remote and had a fully secure garden. Yet it was just five minutes into Arbroath with great shops and lovely cliff walks. We’d love to come straight back, but we live so far away!!

I really enjoyed the location—it offered the perfect balance of peace and quiet. The cottage itself was lovely, with a layout that felt both comfortable and practical. I appreciated having the option to do laundry and dry clothes by the log fire in the living room, which added a cosy touch. Being able to stream my TV shows was also a great bonus. It was ideally situated too—close enough for outings when we felt like exploring, yet far enough away to truly relax and unwind.
I wouldn’t go as far to say ‘I didn’t like’ but I do feel the bigger (front bedroom) would benefit from a king size bed as opposed to a double. My partner and I are both tall and we sleep better in our king at home. Aware this is just individual taste how and ever.
