The cottage was spacious with modern facilities re kitchen, TV/Wifi and heating. The location was sensational, parking easy(right outside front door - on road but no problem re blocking). 2 out of this world walks along coastal paths from the property - spectacular.
Only issue was a loose toilet seat - really does need to be fixed asap.

Beautifully located, very comfortable, clean and well equiped
Could be more difficult to reach without the car, however there is comfortable taxi service in Arbroth

The cottage was very comfortable and spacious, and well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Great location, close to beach and cliff top walks.
There was nothing we didn't like, we just found it a bit tricky to open the windows, barrel sticky, when trying to lock and unlock.
