Good location, well enough equipped and comfortable. Nice big lounge and good sized bathroom. Lovely Tbilisi towels and carpet on the stairway particularly nice and soft.
In need of refurbishment. Old squeaky door and door handles. Radiators and towel rail in poor condition. Floorboards marked. Bathroom equipment dated. Had a minor problem getting in and in spite of the claim they were a phone call away, no one answered.
