Wonderful location. Excellent flat with lots of very thoughtful touches throughout. Comfy sofa, hot shower, great kitchen facilities. Appreciated the stainless steel pans (often holiday apartments have scratched non-stick pans). A small flat, but lots of places to sit, work, sleep etc.
We weren't affected by this, but be aware that the bathroom and bedroom are up stairs to a converted loft-type level. The steps aren't as deep as normal steps and quite steep. Was totally fine, but would have been a struggle if we had mobility issues, or were a bit drunk. Not an issue for us, but I don't remember reading about it in the description so thought I'd mention here.

The location was great, very central, close to rail and bus transport, right on the high street with shops very close. The flat itself was lovely, compact but spacious enough and with everything you could need. Very clean. The sofa bed is comfy, nice big TV. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.
It was a little cold but it was absolutely freezing outside, probably one of the coldest days of the year! We booked very last minute so they didn't get notice of us coming and there may have been an issue with the heating which I have contacted the owners about, Jane was lovely and very helpful. Apart from that issue there was absolutely nothing negative.

Mould in the bathroom, dirt behind the bedside cabinets, not been cleaned in months, entrance gives a very poor 1st impression. 10.00am check out is a joke. Need to up your game.
