Very clean and fairly priced. Had basic amenities like kettle, toaster, cooking facilities and some condiments too. I was told the double bed was very comfortable.
I was using the twin room but I didn't fit onto the bed as smaller than a single, so resorted to sleeping on the sofa which wasn't ideal but the sofa was comfortable enough. Would be useful if there was a basic instruction book, i.e. What to do with the gas, how to work the heating, how to work the Xbox as a dvd player, etc. Would also be handy if there were spare batteries for the TV remote, a blind in the bathroom and a hand towel for the bathroom (although there were plenty of bath towels so we used one of those)

Decor somewhat dated - sofa seating not quite enough for four adults (one had to sit on stool or by Dining Table.
These are minor observations. - it served our purpose very well.

Clean and price was good
No mention of motorway 50 yards away, very noisy even at 3am. I had to sleep in the living room cause of the noise. Outside night light didn't work
