More stress than fun

The place was clean but poorly maintained washing was broke blinds did not work , alot of parties very noisy as in with tenants in other flats . Was approached by a very angry tenant who gave me abuse when smoking outside .

The whole experience as lost 2 nights sleep and 2 days waiting on repairs getting carried out ended up having to use launderette .

A wonderful break in a lovely apartment.

The location was perfect for our family. The apartment had all that we needed for our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

The kitchen/ lounge had a stale damp smell Coming from the oven, washing machine area. I bought a fragrance bottle to mask the smell. The rooms were too hot even with the windows open, another fan was definitely needed. Otherwise no complaints!

The worst accomodation we ever had

Short walk from the train station.

We were very disappointed with the accommodation we booked through Booking. Unfortunately the apartment originally booked next door was no longer available due to vandalism. The replacement apartment next door did not match the description and our expectations at all. There was not enough cutlery for the number of guests, the middle bedroom smelled strongly of smoke and was unusable for our children, the carpet throughout was dirty, there was mold and broken fixtures in the bathroom, and all window frames were filthy. While we accepted the noise at night as part of the location, the overall condition was simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, we found that the apartment is advertised elsewhere at a lower price than what we paid for the apartment we originally booked through Booking. Overall, we cannot recommend this accommodation – we expect a full refund.

Great find in Centre of Dundee

The apartment was spotless with great facilities. Bang in the middle of the city with great access to shops and facilities. If the windows are open, it is noisy but to be expected in a city. No noise from neighbours at all. The stairs will keep you fit! Highly recommend.

Brilliant stay!

Blackout blinds, nicely decorated, warm & cosy! Perfect place for dance mums to crash on a busy competition weekend. Less than 3 minutes from the Caird Hall, will be booking again for future events in Dundee.

For 4 people ideal. Top location within city-center.

Top-Location close to the pedestrian zone. Very clean and cosy appartment. Quiet surrounding as flat was directed to the inner courtyard.

No elevator in the house. Appartment was located on second floor. Area in front of the appartment-door was dirty - sorry to say.

Great

We were not sure what to expect but we really loved Dundee and the location was great. We were anxious about parking but Gellatly car park was really close, with plenty of space and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the coffee and the staff at Henry's and the discount cards made it really good value. The apartment is well equipped and quiet.

Great stay in good facilities and location.

Location was excellent, cleanliness great, facilities modern and most things felt like they were new.

The seagulls were very noisy. There is nothing the proprietor could do about that though. More information about the key fob to enter main building could be included in the good pre-arrival information.

A lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay is included.

I liked the quality of furniture, nice decor very welcoming. Everything you need for self catering is in place. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. I think if the owner can include a complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush then this would be fully complete apartment.

There was no instructions on how to get in the main door once you have obtain the key. The tv operation and accessing the channels could’ve done with some operating instructions. There’s at least 2/3 flights of stairs to climb which be a challenge for elderlies.

A lovely apartment in the heart of the city. Clean. Nice and modern furnishing. Wonderful host!

The view is not so nice as the windows look to an inner courtyard. On the good side, there is no noise from the street :)

Midden in het centrum gelegen en op loopafstand van het busstation. Ons appartement lag niet aan de straat zijde dus heerlijk rustig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host was erg behulpzaam bij vragen.
