Very professional service from start to end.
I did not stay here. Due to a water leak I was offered a full refund or an upgrade at one of their other lovely apartments. I opted for the other apartment which was an upgrade and I am glad I did. I was given plenty of notice about the water leak and the entire thing was handled in a proper way. Mark who manages the apartments is very professional and I highly recommend his service and apartments.

Lovely place with a view and a really nice host
The flat is really nice, clean and well equipped. It also has a beautiful view of the city. The flat is really well located with fast access to pubs, restaurants, shops and town centre. It is also walking distance from the river side. The host is very kind, helpful and easy to contact. I really enjoyed my stay here.
Friday and Saturday nights could get a little noisy because of the pubs around the building, but it is perfect if you like to join the party :)

Good value flat, well placed
Clean and comfortable. Close to town and good restaurants. Also, easy access to routes.
Only criticism is the parking. We have a SUV. Barely fitted into the bay with a wall to the left and a large pipe behind. Luckily no one parked to our right otherwise would no have been able to enter either door. Did use it but really only suitable for a very small car.

The apartment was nice and clean. It is 1 minute away from town which is great. The kitchen had all the Utilities you need which was amazing. The owner was easily contacted-able and he was helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely airy appartment
The appartment was lovely decorated and kitchen full of everything you could want
Unfortunately the lift was not working. And my partner has bad asthma, so 5 flights of stairs were a bit difficult.
