1 Bedroom Flat in Bedford

Very easy access to property. Great location, very close to corner supermarket. It was easy to get to town and the Embankment, we walked, about 30 mins to each. Our host answered any queries immediately, and was very helpful. The property had everything as advertised, and was very comfortable.

Excellent communication from start to finish from the host, brilliant location for my stay. Apartment finished to a high standard, spacious rooms.

The flat was nice, clean and bright with a good size main room and comfortable furniture. There was sufficient cutlery and crockery for our 2 day visit. We did miss a chopping board and tea towels and we wouln't recommend the bedroom if you are very tall. We had a good time in the town a 10 minute walk away visiting the Higgins Gallery and walking along the Great Ouse river bank. Further away Bletchley Park was definitely worth a visit. . In summary, nice flat but document side should have been sorted out at least a week before we were due to arrive!

Our main complaint was our arrival, after we left our home we received a request to sign a contract and we were asked for more identification. All I had was a London bus pass and if I had realised before hand that I had it I would have left it behind for safe keeping. This could all have been dealt with weeks before and had never been requested for all my previous dealings with Booking.com. When we arrived the PIN we had been given didn't work and neither did the phone number
