Dirty. Property had not been cleaned. See pictures. Lockbox code not provided, we had to ring owner. Threadbare carpet with trip hazard on stairs. Clumps of hair on carpet and floor (animal?) Thin towels. Not one blind wasn’t broken or dirty, so privacy compromised. Very bad flying ant nest in kitchen blinds, no bug spray provided.

Not luxury flat but perfectly decent place to stay close to Bedford Park.

Close to the park where we were attended an event.

It was a nice flat but I would dispute the term luxury. The front door did not open but we were able to get in via the kitchen door. There was only one bedside table as the other side of the bed was too near to the wall. The bed and bed linen were not luxurious and looked and felt cheap. There were holes in the carpet on the stairs and no threshold strip joining the stairs carpet to the landing. The hob was gas and did not ignite. A lot of the furniture had wear and tear. If it was not labelled as luxury and £20 cheaper that would be fair.

Blinds broken/ dirty, not been rectified from 2022! The kitchen plug is not the right one. Front door is very difficult to open . There was water in the kettle. The tiles on the bathroom floor, very dangerous as lifting up and sharp. The carpet was threadbare. The outside area was awful, grass was over grown, rubbish everywhere. One side of the bed was sunken and uncomfortable. This is NOT a luxury duplex apartment!!

Nothing the landlord/agency is take the deposit and they dont give back i spouse to go out at 11 and i leave from app at 11:01 , and he said that was smell smoke in the apartment but no one smoke and he charge me from the depozit 70£

The apartment was spotless on arrival , location is 10 min drive to Bedford town centre, quiet street, spacious for a 1 bed apartment. Shop at the top of the road has everything you need for a short stay! Oven easy to use (Is gas lit on hobs but everything you need is supplied in the drawers to light it) The hosts were extremely helpful, they kindly offered us FREE early check in due to our previous booking being cancelled on the day and made sure we got in on, they were easily contactable during our stay and nothing was a bother for them. Excellent customer service ! Lovely team and would definitely stay again!! There is a small shared garden at the back which is lovely to sit in ! Bed was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well!

The door lock was a bit tricky now and then but once we got used to it wasn’t an issue. Had to pull the door towards us then unlock and push open. But not a massive issue. No TV in bedroom, but some people don’t mind this, again not a massive issue.

Lovely apartment, exceptionally clean with everything you needed. Comfy bed. Great location to the park as that's where our music festival was taking place.

Key lock code was not provided so had to wait about 30 mins outside property until we made contact with owner.

The luxury apartment was terrific, just like staying in a little house with all mod cons, a deluxe kitchen. Up the cute stairs was a very comfy bed and sparkling bathroom. There was even a parking space off road and very pleasant personal emails. These guys go out of their way. Well done !

A superb property. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were vey nice. The kitchen was well clean and tidy with plenty of utensils and pans.

there was an almighty mix up with the key lock box code , we were given the wrong number resulting in being locked out for an hour . Another couple staying there had the same problem . Tried fringing the number given multiple times but no response , only mode of contact was messaging through app . Why bother giving a number to not answer it , and what if you dont have the app or internet access to your phone !

Good value for money. Could have been better

The availability of a free parking spot was great. The property was largely clean apart from one or two bed sheets that had hairs on them from previous guests. The host made an effort to provide coffee, expired milk and expired biscuits.

As mentioned above, one or two beddings provided had hairs from a previous guest, thus, was not clean enough. Couldn't find the internet router, thus, the password to the hub that I was given was not useful. Biscuits and milk were provided, but had expired. Please check expiration dates next time before checking-in your guest.
