Disgusting apartment

Cannot add anything that I liked about this property

The sheets smelt of perfume and I suspect they hadn't been washed from the previous Tennant, the cutlery was sticky and tired, the towels were in the tumble dryer and when we took them out they also looked old and tired, used our own towels. We paid for 5 nights I left the apartment after one night and just wrote it off as a bad experience

Would not stay with this host again

It was very difficult to check in and get a hold of the owner. The kitchen was not stocked with dish cloths or towels, or paper towels. No toilet paper when we arrived because owner said there was a personal issue with cleaners and they had to leave abruptly, which I understand, but the job should have been completed by the owner.

Cleaning left a lot to be desired, i cleaned kitchen before using, need more cutlery/plates

Very difficult to locate key box in the dark, only found with help from a resident. Did not have pin code sent, Tried to ring Host , no reply, sent numerous voice mails and texts, over the course of 1 hour, very stressful roaming around in the dark not knowing if we were at correct building, looking for "Premier Suites" when in fact the building was called "Platform", very misleading! 2nd contact eventually rang us and gave us the key code, no e.mail had been sent. Very stressful having an 18month old tired baby with us.

The service was exceptional. Emily was great at making an effort to check in on me and my family, during the say and even after. I asked Emily questions about further bookings and she's been wonderful with the way she dealt with it all.

Well appointed and good for a 2-3 day stay

Well appointed. Relatively quiet when the windows are shut. Some noise from weekend revelers in the early morning but not much. Nice apartment and clean

Beds could do with a mattress topper. The buttons on the mattress are uncomfortable. Kitchen needs more utensils (bottle opener, bread knife, scissors) mixing bowls, and serving dishes. The sofa in the apartment looks great but is very uncomfortable. An instruction book in the apartment would be useful setting out How to use the TV Where are the outdoor rubbish bin
