Walking distance to the sugar sand beaches of Indian Rocks Beach, community pool, gorgeous sunsets waiting for you. Plenty of living space accommodates up to 6 -8 people. Full amenities available, including grill, beach chairs and many conveniences for your enjoyment. The complex resides on a quiet street and has an outdoor heated pool, guest to use and is just a very short walk to plenty of great dining, shops and the warm sandy Gulf Beaches of Indian Rocks Beach.
Indian Rocks Beach is a great family beach with lots of great restaurants and activities available nearby for all ages. The townhouse unit is an intercostal waterfront townhome that features 3 balconies. The townhome has 2 bedrooms and one man cave (one bedroom with a King bed, the other bedroom with a 2 full beds, and man cave with 2 full bunk beds), 2 full bathrooms. The unit has its own laundry room with a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and linens are provided. The townhome features a heated pool overlooking the tennis courts and a large sundeck with lounge chairs, tables, and hot tub.
Amenities include: heated pool, large sundeck with lounge chairs/tables, private balconies, central air conditioning/heating, breakfast bar, ceiling fans, dishwasher, disposal, microwave oven, range/oven, refrigerator, telephone with free national calling, Wifi, cable TV's, various kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and a assigned parking spot. The townhouse sleeps up to 6 -8 people.
The townhome is close by to great restaurants and activities. Many great restaurants are in walking distance. For those who do not wish to walk, the Sun Coast Trolley will take you all the way from St. Pete Beach to Sand Key (Clearwater) daily.
Activities available nearby include: golf, sailing, jetskis, boat charters/rentals, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, hiking/biking trails, jogging, horseback riding, skating, miniature golf, movies, dolphin-watching and dinner cruises, shopping, sightseeing, theme parks, and many other activities! The townhome is 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. The info about the townhouse says it's a corner unit which it is not. It doesn't mention that the main bedroom is an open loft. When my husband made his coffee in the morning it woke me up. It was the first rental I was in that had the closets full of the owners belongings. I had to move things out in boxes to fit my own stuff since I rented for 3 months. The kitchen was filled to the brim with useless stuff and poor cooking supplies. The place needs a bit of an upgrade as it seems to be all builder grade. We used to live in this circular community so liked it. The owners were good at communicating when we needed them to. They allowed us to arrive a day early and stay a day late.
