About this house rental
Our property is located just over the inter-coastal approximately 40 minutes from Tampa and 20 minutes from Clearwater/St Pete airport. Lulu's restaurant is your turning point onto 1st street and the Townhouse is the first in our complex. The perfect location and end unit offers easy access plus privacy. The complex does have a pool available for all tenants. The unit is three levels beginning with the garage which is equipped with a pair of bicycles and scooters. As you enter to the main level you'll head up 10 steps to find a lovely open layout of kitchen and living room with 2 access onto the balcony. Additionally, on this level is a bedroom and full bath with balcony. The third level has a spacious master bedroom and bath equipped with a whirlpool tub plus walk-in shower. A guest room and bath are across the hall with a laundry facility between. Both bedrooms have a private balcony.
If you enjoy walking to the beach and taking in a sunset view it is one block away. We do have beach chairs including an umbrella for extra protection. In our area you'll find many restaurants and bars that you can simply walk too and enjoy an ice cream for dessert on the corner just off the beach. The welcome center is precisely located across the street to get you going in the right direction. YOU Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED..

Beautiful home in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. The home is very nice as shown in the pics. Very clean, kitchen is well-stocked with all the things you need to cook in, including spices. Great beds for a good night's sleep. Baths have good showers, lots of towels. Perfect walking location to the beach and to several good restaurants. There are several good parks to walk and bike in within five miles. We especially liked the Botanical Gardens and Boca Ciega. There's a great little nature park, within walking distance, back across the bridge, full of hawks, screech owls and an eagle all the way from Kentucky. Angie is the perfect hostess, very helpful, always a text away. We can't say enough good things and will definitely return to this home.
