About this house rental
Beach themed cozy two story town home perfect for families or group of friends. Located just over the intracoastal bridge from Indian Rocks Beach! 10 minutes walk, 2 minute drive. 30 day minimum stay required.
Two large bedrooms located upstairs, each with their own bathroom. King bed in one room and Queen bed with bunk beds in the second room. Sunny bright breakfast nook area, kitchen, half bathroom (with stackable washer and dryer), and living room downstairs. Two large patios on either side of unit make it perfect for sipping coffee near palm trees, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Smart TV's located in living and master bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen make it perfect for cooking after a long day at the beach. Kitchen comes equipped with cooking basics, spices, keurig coffee machine, dishware, crockpot, toaster and more. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. On off beach days, head over to the amazing pool / clubhouse overlooking the intracoastal waterway and marina. Location is prime, restaurants & ice cream shops just 5 minutes away. One designated parking spot for unit and plenty of guest parking.

It is a charming place with the best local resturants, such as Keegan's, Guppy's and Crabby Bills. The hustle and bustle of Clearwater is just a 15 minute drive down the coast.

Stayed for 1 week, however, now the association only allows month to month :( 2 adults and 2 kids. It was a quiet area, the 2.5 bathrooms were nice. Beds and fans in the rooms great. Enjoyed the large TV in the family room. However, would like more lamps, as other suggested. The community pool was beautiful, but the water was just too cold, even for the first week in April. Used the pickle ball courts, LOVED this. Accommodations provided were adequate. The kitchen blender was the best, we've ever used. Neighbors are nice and enjoyed using the wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. That saved us room in our vehicle. The entire area around the condo is so nice, will be returning to the area again. Appreciate the communication we received with the owners throughout our stay.

The property was as pictured, yet it was actually roomier than I'd expected. The condo grounds are very well maintained and the pool is lovely. You can see the sunset from the pool deck or from the clubhouse terrace. Pull the beach wagon half a mile with beach chairs and an Eskie full of snacks to the Gulf for the best sunset location.
The furnishings are very comfortable. Oh, bring your tennis or pickleball gear. There's are many courts on the property. If I may, the lighting is barely adequate for reading at night and if you are a gourmet chef, you can make do. The location is fabulous. The owner immediately and effectively handled an issue for us as well.
