Great Stay in IRB. Location is perfect/ Condo was just as described.
Kitchen had sufficient supplies for what we needed.
Beach supplies provided - huge plus! Chairs, cooler, umbrella, even fishing poles.
Walking distance to everything, we really wouldn't have even needed a rental car.
Bathroom is tight, shower seems to leak out on the floor from the door, so we figured out how to position the door so it didn't do that anymore.
Busy street/area so there is some noise that carries and is easily heard inside the condo but it wasn't too bad. The location is worth it.
We'd stay again.

I came down to Indian rocks beach for my aunts 50th birthday, I stayed in this condo on my own as a younger female and I felt nothing but safe! Condo was very secure and felt comfortable and clean. The main bedroom is the only one I used but it was very comfortable. This condo supplied everything you need. The beach chairs were a really nice bonus!
In a few reviews they mentioned you could hear music from crabby bills (directly across the street which is awesome!) this is true but was not a bother and ended right at 10pm. I think this would only cause an issue if you had young children but was really not that big of a deal. Would book here again and want family members that came over thought it was so nice and a perfect location!

Nice place to stay for a couple or small family. Note: if you cannot climb stairs this is not the place for you there are 17 steps to get into the condo.
1. Music was loud across the street but it never lasted very long.
2. No toaster in the place, but they do have two coffee makers Keurig and a standard coffee makers.
3. A key is needed to access the beach here, but code to get into the Condo.
4. TVs seem to only have Roku access, we could not get the Cable TV remote to work. The Roku TV in the bedroom needs to be updated to a remote that controls the volume and power of the TV.
5. The Internet is good I was getting 225 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds with the speed test.
6. Walking the beach here, this area of the beach was the best we saw in the area either south or north.

We love this area of the gulf and this location provided the opportunity for an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants. The unit itself is large and comfortable and overlooks Gulf Blvd. and Crabby Bill's Restaurant. While the music was loud at times it never lasted late and was actually entertaining. The master bed was comfortable. The unit could use a decent frying pan. We would definitely return.
