12-2-2025 Update: Splash Harbour Water Park will be closed for Maintenance from January 19th to January 31st, 2026, however, the pool will be "mostly" open during these dates. According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing.

This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests.

Unit 3313 is located on the 3rd floor and has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal waterway where you can watch the boats go by and the dolphin play. There is a fully stocked kitchen that includes a washer/dryer which makes for that perfect place to bring the whole family.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

The unit comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's over a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.

The living/dining room area has wood flooring, and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom that includes a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.
Sofa sleeper is not being offered; please do not pull out or open the living rooms sofa sleeper.

Think it can't get any better...There are 2 sundecks facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short 3/5 minute walk from your room.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 3 ELEVATORS LOCATED IN THE PARKING GARAGE THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 3RD FLOOR.

Jimmy Guana is right in your backyard. Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is just a few miles away! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's.u

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount.

So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes.

Parking: One spot comes with every reservation in the garage, along the side street or yellow lined area of the parking lot across from the gift shop.

If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee.

Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

This unit is Self check-in; there is nowhere to store your luggage should you arrive before your check-in time. This unit is not affiliated with Hotel Connections.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.

Overall we had a great time over spring break. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the room was fine. Only issue was the furniture in this unit was not very good. The couch was like sitting on a wooden bench and the kitchen table chairs were old and sunken in. We enjoyed the beaches but the room needs updated.

I'll start with the positives - the location was good and the condo was just as it looks in the photos. The beach is a 3-5 min walk and is uncrowded and perfect for families On the negative side: - we stayed 3 nights and there are lots of hidden fees - an Admin fee, a Mgmt fee, a Community fee. I've stayed in many VRBO properties, and you pay a cleaning fee and a VRBO service fee, but this particular management company loads up the hidden fees. The price that you see listed may be double that for a short stay. - also, they could not text us the check-in directions. They can only be sent via email with a long list of do's and don'ts (mostly don'ts). When we stay at other VRBO's we feel like a guest in their home and treat it as such. Here you felt like someone that they expected to steal the paper towels. They supply 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc. Need more? you are on your own. Oh, and lose the key - they charge $50. Lose the cheap laminated parking sign - another $25 or $50. It didn't feel welcoming. - Parking is a nightmare. Yes, they have the reserved parking but it is insufficient for the condo. They will give you all sorts of other options, but none of it is easy. Overall, the location is good but you won't feel like a "guest".
