About this apartment rental
This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front.

Complex features beachfront heated pool and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player.
Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will see in all of Florida!

Great place for the price. On the beach just no view. Walls are a bit thin. We heard all the neighbors conversations and every large vehical that passes by outside. Outside of that it was a great place.

The condo was great! It’s at a perfect location because everything you need is within walking distance. It’s so nice to have the choice between time at the beach or the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The host was extremely communicative and responsive, making check-in and any questions very easy. The location was also perfect — close to everything we needed and in a great area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
