About this apartment rental
This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front.

Complex features beachfront heated pool and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player.
Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will see in all of Florida!

Amazing access to an uncrowded beach! Loved being able to walk out to beach. The unit was clean and perfect for our family. Being on the street side, there was a little more traffic noise than I am used to. Otherwise great stay!

3 days. Was just a little disappointed that the walk to the pool and beach included a walk through the parking garage past the dumpster. No view whatsoever from the condo and stairs are a bit of a killer.
