Other Things to Note:
**Pets - Must be approved by the host. One pet per reservation. We charge a $50 pet fee per stay. Generally, dogs under 40 lbs are permissible.**

Our family of 6 wanted a place to stay that was near the beach and was large enough for everyone to spread out (vs a hotel). This place was perfect. There were 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, plus air mattresses for those who didn’t want to share a queen or king. The whole house has been updated with useful and modern furniture, and the kitchen is large enough for cooking with several people milling about. Overall the house and outside patio are all in beautiful shape, just like the pictures show online.
Our hosts were super responsive along the way, even quickly ordering some items that were missing when we arrived. The house comes with several items that you’ll need/want for the beach - we used the beach chairs all week.
The location was also amazing. We were a 5 min drive to Indian Rocks Beach, and went every day. The parking can get a little tricky down by the beach but we learned to go early to grab a spot. It’s only a 1 mile walk, and we did walk as a family on two occasions. The house is close enough for that to work.
Overall, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We considered Clearwater, but after one visit there and seeing the congestion, I’d much rather be in Largo. These owners have done a wonderful job of creating a comfy spot for your beach vacation.

Our family of five stayed here to extend our beach vacation a few days. It was a short drive to the local beaches and conveniently located to groceries and restaurants. Plenty of parking and a large yard space. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything operated appropriately throughout our stay. Check in / check out was very easy and the manager communicated everything in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend this property!
