Retreat by the beach, Gulf views, Roof Top Sun Deck

The property was perfect for our family. More than enough space and bed set up was great! They were also very comfortable. House was very clean and well maintained. Short walk to the beach and outside shower was a plus! Communication was great and check-in/out was super easy! Would highly recommend!

Positives: large house, clean, well-kept, pet-friendly (although we didn't bring our pups), close to the beach (3 blocks), good basic stock of kitchen supplies (utensils, pans, etc), lots of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. BBQ grill, beach chairs and wagon were nice. Negatives: As nice as the house is, there are always going to be a few negatives. They are mostly going to be nit-picky because this is a really nice place. First is one of the handles on the Foosball table is broke- the hand piece that spins the rod is missing the pin and was just kind of on there. Not a huge deal, but my 5 year old granddaughter loved to play with it and it was a slight distraction. Luckily she is only 5 and we weren't serious about a game. Second, at least one of the remotes for TV did not work-probably dead batteries. We didn't much care as we weren't there to watch TV anyhow. Third- room placements. This is a 3 story house with bedrooms on the 2nd floor and living room and kitchen on the 3rd. Really nice set-up. The problem is as nice as the flooring is, you can hear everything. Kitchen chairs scrapping across the floor, sliding doors opening and shutting. Fourth- cheaper bed frames and memory foam mattresses- any movement caused the bed to squeak loudly. Annoyed my wife more than me.Overall- a great place to stay, plenty of room, good area. Don't let the negatives fool you, this is a really nice place and good value for your money.

Overall great stay

Location and house were great! Only downfalls was the bedrooms temp only went down to 70 so was constantly waking up too hot, ice maker didn’t work, haven’t had to deal w ice trays in years was a pain, fridge never really seemed to get cold was strange, but location and house itself was fun! WiFi was In and out so with kids was difficult but appreciated the effort to get it fixed right away the best they could..parrots right outside one balcony were amazing to watch. Main bedroom just way too hot
