This beachfront condo offers both convenience and comfort, and promises an unforgettable vacation with a shared pool and hot tub, as well as being within walking distance to dining and more. This vacation rental also offers cable TVs and a private washer/dryer.
The beach is right outside and several others are nearby. Dining, shopping, the Indian Rocks Historical Museum, and Splash Harbour Water Park are all within walking distance, while the Florida Botanical Gardens are only three miles away! This area is also popular for a number of outdoor activities including boating, fishing, and golfing.
**Condo complex will be undergoing building painting and restoration. Replacing power grid for building and various other restorations. The project is slated to begin August 11, 2025 and will last through September 2025.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: There is an active security camera in the parking garage area.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice. Was perfect, ocean, pool and hot tub were great. Loved being close to good restaurants. The location was perfect. Would just say could use a chair in master bedroom. Also the towels need replacing, they are like drying with sandpaper.

We gave 3 stars due to the following:The porch slider door was held together with a pool noodle and duct tape and was not able to lock slider (huge safety issue), A/C wasn’t working when we arrived and took 5 days to repair/replace; we were given several door codes and u-tube videos on how to work the door lock and after about a week the door lock was replaced. The furniture is very worn and tired looking, the bed is not comfortable. The best thing about the unit is the spectacular view and the walkability to restaurants.
