Welcome to Indian Sunset Beach! The ten foot ceilings and 1290 square feet of living space give this unit an open and airy feeling. The floor plan is open. Bedrooms are split giving privacy for everyone. BTR#1452
Beautiful sunrises can be seen over the intercoastal waterway. Take the elevator down and within steps you arrive at the beach-side heated pool and the white sandy beach. Once the sun has set, enjoy the twinkling lights of passing boats on the intercoastal from your private balcony. This condo complex has only 11 units for that private vacation feeling.
This unit sleeps 6 with a primary suite that is set apart from the rest of the condo. The primary suite features a king size bed, twin chaise lounge/bed, large closet and private updated master bath with walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a twin xl over king perpendicular bunk. The second bath next to this bedroom is very convenient.
The spacious kitchen opens to the dining and living room area and includes everything you will need to prepare meals if you choose. In unit front load washer/dryer makes laundry a snap.
There are two assigned parking spaces for this unit. Vehicle size limit is no longer than 17 feet and not higher than 89 inches. Property includes a Ring doorbell that faces the common hallway. Security cameras also monitor the common garage areas, the pool, and the pool deck.

Beautiful, comfortable and well stocked property in the beach! You can’t ask for anything else! Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend and will stay here again!

The place was clean and spacious. The front bedroom was loud on the weekend since it is near the street. There were lots of things for the beach. The bed was comfortable. The balcony also faces the street. There was a lot of room and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful experience in Indian Rocks Beach, Fl! What a great 2b/2b condo with magnificent views of the Intercoastal Way and a very short walk to the beach!This unit was so easy to get to, great parking, convenient elevator ride to the front door. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fabulous—big, laid out well, and the amount and quality of linens is extraordinary. The furniture is stylish and comfortable, the kitchen has all equipment and gadgets you could ever need, and the “beach” closet is well stocked with towels, beach chairs, toys, & umbrellas. Not to mention the beach bags! So great to not have to bring these items with us. We added a camping chair to the mix so that my elderly father had a “higher” chair to sit better on the beach.It was a great surprise to read through all the brochures for fun activities and restaurants. When you’re new to a location, it takes so long to find what local places are must sees. Reviewing those brochures really shortened the process for us!

My family booked this condo in November for a getaway. I can honestly say this was the best place I've ever stayed at! It truly was home away from home! Clean, spacious, everything you could ever need was there. There are plenty of beach accessories, chairs, toys, towels, wagon, umbrella, and other items. The bedrooms are big and beautiful with plenty of beds to sleep. Bathrooms have plenty of room as well, showers work great. Kitchen was fully equipped including full sized kitchen table and anything you need to cook. Washer/dryer, linen for days, extra pillows/ blankets, balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is right outside the door. Pool with chairs.I can't say enough good things about staying here! The owners are extremely nice and very easy to work with! I will book here again without a doubt! Thank you again for letting us stay!
