A few issues kept it from being 5 stars. A 10 digit number for the door seemed excessive. No hot water in master bedroom shower. Plenty of beach chairs but no umbrella. There were bigger tents to set up but that was too heavy to carry to beach. No wine bottle opener. Other than that it was a very nice condo. Thank you!

The Seaside Property Shoppe were excellent with communication prior to & throughout our stay. The unit is as pictured, beds were comfy, balcony furniture was nice. Beautiful view of the oceanfront. A few loud families in the building/pool, but that is luck of the draw. Great location, quiet end of IRB.

Everything was perfect...the condo was super clean, supplied with everything we could ever need and more, the view from the balcony is perfect along with being steps from the beach. The location was great and we were in walking distance of several restaurants and shops. We will definitely rent here again!
