The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

It was a great condo. The WiFi didn’t work but we didn’t spend much time in the condo anyway. Great place to stay and highly recommend!

Beautiful unit, well appointed, well stocked, very clean. Enjoyable visit, great location, private parking, easy access to beach. Recommend to those seeking laid back week at IRB.

Really great location with so many things within walkable distance. Beautiful beach is 2 minute walk away. Condo is very spacious with newer furniture and comfortable bed. Kitchen and bathrooms however are very dated.
Management company is okay but not particularly diligent. We did have a couple of issues (defective hot water heater being the biggest) that took days to resolve. All in all we had a great couple of weeks.

My interface with the host was good. All communications had to be done by email. We couldn’t communicate by phone. Amenities:The shower head was old and exhibited rust stainsThe main tv did not have the usb to ac connector required to power the Roku device required to view tvThe instructions to use the tv (Roku) were not clear. We did report this issue and the representative that contacted me was very professional and helpful.Pots and pans and utensils were not clean, but all other areas were nice and clean upon arrival.Kitchen was well equippedFurniture was comfortableViews and beach access where amazing Location is very convenient Generally the condo is dated and needs some upgrading
