About this house rental
Spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom that sleeps 4! Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Outdoor living space is a huge plus with L shaped bar, stainless steel grill, dining table, rocking chairs and loungers! Only 1 block from the beach!!! Immaculate. You will not be disappointed!!!

This home is located one block from the beach! The outdoor area of the home is truly special, you will enjoy sipping on a drink and relaxing on the comfortable and cozy furniture. - Each unit has its own laundry! We provide our guests with a starter kit (shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent)
- The location is GREAT! One block from the beach.
- Dogs allowed at a non-refundable fee of $100/dog for entire stay.
- Early check in (if available) for an extra fee
- The outdoor area is very nice, with a grill, a picnic table and zero gravity loungers. This area CLOSES at 10pm daily! All activity but be moved inside!
-The grills are available for your use.
- We provide our guests with beach gear! Items may vary due to availability.
- This is not a partying house. Quiet hours start from 9pm. The Tiki Bar patio CLOSES at 10pm Daily. Please move activities inside.

According to Coastal Living Magazine, Indian Rocks Beach is #2 best and most romantic beach destination in the US! Bordered by the Intracoastal Waterway on the east and the Gulf of Mexico on the west, IRB offers 3 miles of white sand beaches with 27 beach access points along Gulf Blvd.
Possibly one of the best things about staying here is the neighborhood. If you aren't familiar with Indian Rocks Beach, be prepared to enjoy the coolest beach community in Florida. It has a spectacular beach of course but the attitude and vibe is palpable. With only one large Hotel, the beach has retained "village" feel. With mostly cottages and very few multistory condos nothing about it feels like a single "tourist trap". Loaded with local restaurants, this is the uber cool, laid back beach village. And when you want to "rev it up" for a night, its a 5 minute trip by car to Clearwater Beach. There are more than enough restaurants and bars in Indian Rocks for weeks of amazing food and nightlife.
Walking to the beach only takes 4 minutes, Kooky Coconut 3 minutes and about 8 restaurants are approximately 6-7 minutes. Again, that is walking time, not driving. There is also the Jolly Trolly which runs up and down the beach. It is a really good time getting to and from the various beaches for fun and entertainment (not needed for fun on Indian Rocks though). Since you have covered parking for 2 cars and parking for 2 additional cars, you can have guests over or additional family with vehicles and not worry about parking space.

Great place! Great location, seemed to have been vacant for a lil bit with the amount of dust, a couple of dead bugs, but overall a great time!

very nice property. well maintained. It is a second floor unit for anyone who is less mobile, but great place and would come back. easy walk to beach.

We had very good communication with the host. The unit was very clean - nice kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The living room furniture has unfortunately been damaged by guests and wasn’t comfortable. However we spent little time inside and enjoyed the beach.

Our initial experience was rather frustrating as the digital lock system would not work.We were on the phone trying to get help. The host reset and we were in. The furniture is in very poor condition. Bar chairs are peeling and flaking. The couch was uncomfortable and the single chair was broken down to the point it was very unwelcoming. The following day the digital lock would not work again..I texted the number on the house and left several messages. I received a call from the host saying he had reset the lock. He gave us the code for the key lock box. We used the key for the rest of our stay. There is evidence of much needed maintenance both inside and out. There is only one exit from the unit should there be an emergency.
