The location was wonderful and walkable to a lot of places. The parking spots were large and convenient for the unit. The unit had a lot of kitchen supplies and appliances, so it made it easy to cook. There is a bar across the street with music on the weekends, but they stopped playing music at 10pm so it wasn't an issue for us.
Overall, it was a nice stay.

The Good:
-The location of this property is wonderful, steps from the beach (public access) and a view of the crashing waves.
-The layout of the apartment is a nice size for a weeks stay.
-There are many food options within walking distance, and many within a 5-minute drive.
-Parking onsite is convenient.
-All listed amenities were present, and the property comes with some items that can be used on the beach.
The Bad:
-There was only 1/2 a roll of TP in the apartment, and we requested more it was sent to the wrong house. We went and bought more, but still inconvenient.
-There is patio furniture, but it is fairly uncomfortable, with the exception of one normal garden seat. 4-star
-The other reasons for the 4 star review will be shared in private, and I expect they won't be persistent problems.
-The bar across the street has live music most nights that could be loud for those trying to go to bed early. I enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the music though, and it was an awesome bar, so this could be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.

The condo was really in a great spot, on the beach and cocos right across the street!! Cute and quiet, perfect for just my husband and I!

Location good & condo fine. First day , we were contacted by Marci , management of the condo, and asked if it was ok if the quarterly pest control came the next day to service the condo at 9am . We graciously said yes. Within hours, the owner, Liz from Colorado
called and asked us if we could vacate later that day to allow a real estate showing of the condo. Feeling a bit put out, we again agreed to vacate so they could show the unit to a potential buyer.We later learned we left for no reason since the real estate showing was canceled. The following morning, expecting pest control at 9am, Marci texted us to say that pest control could be as late as 10 am. Now we are a little upset. After all, its our vacation on our time and dollars. We conveyed our feelings to Marci and she promised to get us a 1 night credit for our troubles. When checking out Saturday the 11th, we contacted Marci about that credit to be told that the process to get that credit involved
owner approval followed by us, yes us the renters, calling Evolve and and submitting a request for the credit we were promised by Marci / building management. Outrageous.
