And absolutely beautiful spot to stay just steps from the beach. The place was beautifully decorated and furnished. I did have to wait for a reply at check in to get an answer from the landlord but all worked out well. One of the neighbors asked me to be quiet as I was sitting on my own deck before 'quiet time', that was the only disturbance I had, which didn't seem very nice but definitely wasn't the landlord's fault. Loved my stay.

Rhina and Jim have a beautiful place and are easy to work with in making arrangements. It's fresh it's clean it's within steps to the beach. It's very peaceful yet in the heart of all the action. We'll be back next year. Not like us to give reviews because we want to keep this place all to ourselves. No reviews after this year everything on a down low. 5 stars all the way.

Our experience at this lovely beach cottage was truly amazing. The comfort and cleanliness were a standout. Also the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops could not have been better. The IRB area has a great vibe.We have already booked for next year!Thank you Rhina and Jim.

We had the best time; the rental was very clean and well decorated. Only a few minutes to the water. Fully stocked. We have this rental saved because we liked it so much; it will be our official IRB rental. The owners were available immediately for a few questions we had; very responsive and friendly! Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home.
