This clean and functional 1 bedroom guest house with full kitchen sits on three fenced-in acres, offers privacy in a splendid peaceful setting. We are just 10 minutes from all major shopping, grocery and dining and walking distance to spacious parks and hike and bike trails.

Private setting on property - can't see main house from any window of the guest house! One bedroom (queen bed) along with pullout sofa in living room allows for additional sleeping space for families or a small group of friends.
Dogs welcome with a one time $45 per-pet cleaning fee.

Sport/basketball court just steps away from the guest house (please limit night time play to 10 PM).

Laundry room available upon request via access from Guest House to connected garage.

I had a great stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for two people. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for my dog, and the location was very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Tim and Kim where wonderful hosts and their guest house was just a delight! We needed a fenced yard for our small dogs, and a great location near our home while doing some renovations. The guest house was the perfect size and immaculate when we showed up. There was the added benefit of a wonderful family farm atmosphere that make for a charming visit. Highly recommend!!

Very nice property and comfortable home to stay in. The property is very large and in a quiet neighborhood; a perfect place to go for a walk with our dogs. There is also a nice fenced area for our dogs to play next to the house just out the door. Parking is right outside the door. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners live in the main house on the property and every time we saw them they we very polite and kind, and asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. They were truly wonderful hosts. The location was perfect, it was close to everything but far enough away you were not in the hustle and bustle of a city. It was a very quiet relaxing place to stay.

Came to town for a USWNT soccer game in Austin. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery in Round Rock, close to dining and shopping in many local towns. We were able to bring our pets to also enjoy some travel with us. Great little guest House connected to additional garage along with fenced in area for the dogs and a basketball court. Loved seeing the deer wonder the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for the weekend as it was very close to my brother’s wedding venue. Very clean property, great location. Did not have the chance to use the kitchen but it looked well stocked. I appreciated the storage bags that were there as mine carrying my toiletries for my flight broke. Would stay again!

Great place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Austin but close enough for easy access. Clean with large kitchen (no dishwasher though) and nice yard for dog. Beautiful area. Only issue was the kitchen sink faucet was broken when we got there and there are multiple hidden fees, which may be more a Vrbo issue but could be in the description to help. Overall great though!

Love this place. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access everywhere. The deer are real! My office is a few miles away, so this was perfect. In the evening, I would walk the 2-mile track around the block :) the deer were playing in all the yards. It was amazing to be so close to the cities but feel like you are all alone in the country. The hosts are very accommodating and the guest house has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Overall a great stay. The guest house is well equipped and nicely laid out. The owners should make it clear in the description that this guest house is attached to a large 2 car garage that gets used. You will hear noises from the garage.

We stayed here during the 2024 Eclipse. Our stay was wonderful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city with ample wild deer (we saw a herd of 10!) this gem was our home for 8 days. The host family was very welcoming and kind. They made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The house was large and comfortable. It had everything that we could ask for. We are looking forward to planning our next stay.

We came to Austin to celebrate our grandson's HS graduation. This property was perfect as it was near our son's house (which was filled with other outside guests) and central to everywhere we needed to go. It is a newer ADU with new, clean bathroom and full kitchen. Simple but very easy to access, quiet and safe. So glad we stayed here. Thanks for having us!

We needed a place close to some events we had planned for adult birthday weekend. This worked out really well. Plenty of space, full kitchen, and easy access to areas. Lots of green space and trails nearby. Plenty of deer to see here. The place as great outdoor light and even a bird feeder out the kitchen window while we were there.

My husband and I spent a month in this guest house. While it's small, it's well laid out so we were very comfortable. The homes in this area are on large lots and there are many deer in the area. They greeted us in the morning and appeared thru the day. This is a very safe community. While there are no sidewalks, you can safely walk on the roads for a little exercise.
