a nice family run guest house with good cuisine

Cosy and pleasant little room with a veranda-like place in front of it - the perfect spot for sipping your coffee in the morning or for a quiet reading in the afternoon. The host family are very hospitable and friendly. The food is tasty and fresh. We recommend the “patatnik” dish there. And the “banitsa” we had for breakfast was so delicious too!

Exceptional

Sleeping in Alice's cabin was a fairy tail experience and the food was magnificent.

They have a parking lot for 3 vehicles but the street to the hotel is very norrow and needs experienced driver. I gues it's a part of the charm of Leshten.

Beautiful view from outside the house with nice and cozy yard. The fireplace in the house is also nice and convenient. Breakfast is also good, typical for this type of hotel houses - mekitsi and etc.. The hosts are polite and friendly.

It was cold... Warmth is something which we take for granted and you start appreciating it when its gone. The tiny restaurant "mehana" which is in the main building was cold... House Alisa also had challenges reaching the normal temperature inside which is around 22-23 degrees Celsius... after all its January. The cold really left not okay feelings. Alisa House is also darky. Two tiny windows are not enough to light the tiny house

Cozy house with chill garden

Great stay! The house is as seen on the photos. It comes with a cosy garden and very chill atmosphere. Food was delicious and cheap. Overall great value for money.

Getting to the parking spot is a bit challenging for a newbie driver - there is a steep descent and road is a bit bumpy. We parked on the street instead.

A cosy stay and a lovely personnel

A very cozy room with a fireplace.. Nothing better than the warmth by wood in a winter day! There is a lovely little restaurant limited for guests. The whole place was very comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great, too and the bed was big and comfy?

We visited in the winter and the weather was very cold. There is a radiator and a fireplace. When the fire dies, the room gets quite cold rather quickly. The radiator alone wasn't enough to keep the room warm. So when you go out or at night it gets quite chilly. Also we expected that the room would be a bit more spacious.
