Warm in winter, hot water available.

The room has not been cleaned. There are dirty napkins in the drawers and dust everywhere. As for breakfast, which is included in the price, we didn’t get anything, even though we arrived just half an hour after it started. The staff doesn’t calculate portions properly, so there isn’t enough food for all guests. There is no one at the reception, and you have to call the administrator to come from her home. This takes 10-15 minutes.

Recommend if you need somewhere to sleep for a night and love homemade bulgarian breakfast

It's a good small family hotel, close to the center and the route to the slopes. I loved the breakfast - a big variety of homemade goodies The staff was polite and accommodating. It's ok for a one or two-night stay.

You can hear the people from the other room snoring. We didn't find a place to park - so we parked nearby. I thought that we will have a bigger room for 3 people, but it was a small room with 2 beds and a couch
