A few things were great:
The staff/owners were very hospitable and always ready to help.
The breakfast was excellent.
The location was also excellent.
It wasn't a big deal.
There were no towels in the room.
There was no air conditioning either; sometimes it was too hot to sleep at night.

Warm in winter, hot water available.
The room has not been cleaned. There are dirty napkins in the drawers and dust everywhere.
As for breakfast, which is included in the price, we didn’t get anything, even though we arrived just half an hour after it started. The staff doesn’t calculate portions properly, so there isn’t enough food for all guests.
There is no one at the reception, and you have to call the administrator to come from her home. This takes 10-15 minutes.
