A gem in a very special area of the Rhodope mountain, warm and caring hosts

Fantastic hosts, homely breakfasts. We were treated as if we were close family friends. The 'banitsa' is uniquely delicious. A comfortable base to explore the region, we stayed for 3 nights and we wished we could stay much longer.

a lovely place to be in Leshten! My wife and I went there for a weekend and the hosts made us feel very welcomed. The house is where they live and we felt like we are guests in their home. Overall, the location is great, and so is the house overall. I strongly recommend it!

Beautiful Accommodations in the heart of Fairytale Leshten

The picturesque village of Leshten is a beautiful and peaceful place for an evening stroll. Most houses are built or refurbished in the traditional Bulgarian style. Hosts were friendly with recommendations of where to visit for dinner and sightseeing. They prepared a cozy fire as we ate breakfast. The house is beautifully decorated in the old style.

The five minute walk from the main road is not paved and is difficult for a car to pass.

Very authentical and beautiful house with lots of sweet decorations. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and open to tell us stories and information for the place and history of the region.

Goed voor een ovenachting.

Vriendelijke hostess, mooie ontbijtkamer met open haard en ter plekke gemaakt ontbijt met eigen cake, gebakken eieren en brood, goede koffie. In de zomer kan je lekker in de tuin zitten, maar nu niet bij 5 gr en regen….

De weg ernaartoe: steil straatje met keien, zoals bv in de oude stad van Plovdiv. Wij hadden de pech dat het regende. Met een kleine auto wel te doen. Het dekbed was net zo breed als het 140 bed, dus ik kreeg ruzie met mijn man.

Rien du tout, c'est horrible

Je ne sais pas par où commencer... Pas de place de parking contrairement à ce qui est indiqué : il faut se garer à 400 mètres dont 200 mètres en très fort dénivelé sur un sentier caillouteux et sableux. Ĺa lumière reste allumée toute la nuit dans la cour sous fenêtre, on peut lire livre sans allumer dans chambre. Les couvertures d appoint sont poussiéreuses. Moutons sous le lit. La salle de douche : la douche est collée d un côté au lavabo de l'autre au WC. Pas de rideaux, vêtements et serviettes sont trempés. Il faut y entrer et sortir nu, cela peut poser un problème suivant les compagnons de voyage... la vue sur la montagne ? Faut c est sur la cour, aucune vue du tout. Au petit déjeuner une demie tasse de café, et 2 morceaux de burek (ah, celles-ci étaient bonnes)

Liliana es el alma y corazón del lugar. Se merece el cielo. Super hogareña, buena persona. En el desayuno tuve un detalle al hacerme huevos fritos porqué la tarta que sacó llevaba queso y soy alérgico. Hiper recomendado este lugar!

Sérénité, quiétude, bonheur

L'extraordinaire accueil de Liliana et de son époux. Liliana ne parle pas l'anglais mais très bien l'italien, ça tombe bien, nous comprenons et parlons l'italien ! Superbe et très bon petit-déjeuner traditionnel bulgare fait maison avec de très bons produis locaux. Merci Liliana. Charmante maison en bois avec un joli jardin si bien entretenu, au calme. Sérénité, quiétude, bonheur. Très appréciable et pratique le parking privé derrière la maison. A deux minutes à pied du centre du village et des très bons restaurants !
