About this house rental

Oceanfront rental just steps from the beach. Property is located on the beach boardwalk and is designed for 4-6 people. It has a large living room area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and an air mattress available if needed. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom (see photos). Spacious private deck with an amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk below. Includes deck furniture and BBQ (propane is provided). Also includes beach towels and chairs for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

Parking MAY BE AVAILABLE for an additional fee of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

The jewel of the property is the amazing deck overlooking the ocean front walk. Great beach access and people watching. Amenities on the deck include 3 lounge chairs, a fire table with seating for 6, two umbrellas and a bbq. The kitchen has only the very basics, so bring spices and condiments. Same with bathroom. You need to bring shower soap and shampoo (unless a tiny bar soap will work for you). Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided. Beds were comfy. We had a great time and would love to come back.

The house and location cannot be beat! The house was exactly as described, perfect for a couple or small family. We had the best time on the deck and walking right on to the beach. There’s so many great restaurants and shops near by we barely even drove any where! Our host was wonderful during the booking process, check in and out were smooth as well. Would definitely return!

We had a great stay here. Its location is perfect. We walked south to Belmont park one day. Rented bikes and biked North to La Jolla the next. My son loved playing on the beach right out front and I loved the beach equipment in the garage. I’d definitely recommend this property.

Lovely stay here in PB right on the beach! Everything was wonderful (especially the comfortable master bed), and I would give it five stars but we did have issues with the heater. It did not work, and we had maintenance come by the first night. He was super nice but unfortunately couldn’t fix it, then another person came by the next day and still couldn’t fix. Hopefully they are able to address this issue in the future.

This property was everything that we had hoped it to be and more. The check in process was easy and uneventful. We have visited San Diego many times but the view from the deck was impressive to say the least. We spent many wonderful hours relaxing on the deck, grilling dinners, watching the sunsets and the Boardwalk activity. It just doesn't get any better. The condo was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable, enabling a restful night's sleep after our vacation activities each day. Our host was wonderful! The few issues or questions we had were dealt with immediately with positive resolution. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The beach location of the condo was perfect with many restaurant choices within easy walking distance. The Boardwalk location was great for people watching and all the beachside activities going on around you. In short, we loved our vacation condo and can't wait to return again.

We loved our stay here! It was definitely toddler-friendly (minus hiding the fun puzzles so we didn't have to pick up 1,000s of pieces!). It looks just like the pictures-- kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items to make it feel like home to cook meals and enjoy coffee on the patio. Speaking of the patio! The sunset views and ability to hear the ocean at all times was fantastic! However, the real gem of this house is the middle bedroom. It had optimal air flow, complete darkness, and such a comfortable bed and set of pillows! It was a prime location of post-beach naps! The other bed was equally as comfortable, just lacking the darkness of the other room. All in all, 10/10 experience for me and the kids!!

this was our second year staying my family really enjoy this location. It is convenient for walking to different restaurants and shops. Always a nice quiet pleasant stay with mostly families staying nearby. You cannot beat the views at sunset! I love that the condo provides lawn chairs, sand, toys, games, the Wi-Fi worked great. Everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. There are fans if you need them. I do wish an allocated parking spot would come with the unit automatically other than that it is the perfect stay

My family stayed here the last week in May. This was our second time vacationing at this house. The deck is incredible, my wife and I spent a good part of our day on it. We were able to walk to all the places we liked to eat/drink at. My 17 yr old and his friends enjoyed the beach and bodyboarding. We look forward to staying here again.

This top floor unit was incredible. Everything you need for an amazing beach getaway. The outdoor patio provides stunning views of the Pacific right by lifeguard stand 21. You will want to spend most of your time out there. The living room is spacious and the large leather L couch can comfortably fit 5-6 adults while you relax inside. The unit is within walking distance of everything you’d need. Highly highly recommended. If I came back to San Diego I would definitely rebook.
