This amazing 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features spectacular views throughout, open-concept living, and a spacious master with picture-window beach vistas. The nearly 360-degree wrap-around balcony offers endless panoramic views, perfect for relaxing, sipping on coffee or a cocktail and people-watching. All the exciting things Mission Beach and PB have to offer like bars, restaurants, biking and water sports, are just steps away!
Parking & Access:
A private garage accommodates up to two small vehicles or one mid-size to large SUV. The unit is located on the second level—a short staircase brings you to your private retreat.
Common Living Spaces:
The heart of this home is the expansive, fully-stocked open-concept kitchen featuring generous island seating, perfect for casual dining and conversation. The formal dining table comfortably seats eight guests, making it ideal for family dinners and entertaining. The inviting living room offers a comfortable couch and television with all your favorite streaming apps, plus a cozy fireplace for those cooler evenings.
The Main Attraction: Ocean Views
The true showstopper is the spectacular ocean views visible from nearly every angle throughout the living area. Whether you`re cooking, dining, relaxing on the couch, or simply enjoying morning coffee, the breathtaking water views are a constant reminder of your beachside paradise.
Bedroom 1:
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the beach, 2 large closets, a SmartTV, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and dual vanity sinks, and balcony access.
Bedroom 2:
Twin bunk beds and a trundle (3 single beds total), a workspace, SmartTV, closet and access to the northern patio that holds the BBQ Grill.
There is a bathroom with a shower just outside Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 3:
King bed with SmartTV, closet, access to the eastern-facing patio and jack-and-jill bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4:
Queen bed with SmartTV, closet, access to the southern-facing patio and jack-and-jill bathroom with shower.
You have private access to the entire second floor property, garage and balcony. We also manage the 3 bedroom unit on the ground floor, if you are interested in renting both!
Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
This home is not pet friendly and does not have air conditioning.
Important notes/house rules:
-Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
- There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.
- Please treat our properties and, more importantly, our neighborhoods as you treat your own. Keep San Diego vacation rentals vibrant and thriving!
