You have your own private entrance. There is a patio downstairs with a BBQ grill on the north side of the house, shared with the guests in the downstairs 2-bedroom. You are welcome to use the garage for the laundry machines and the beach equipment, but parking in the garage is reserved for the downstairs unit.
The Neighborhood:
You are literally ON one of the most iconic beaches in California! The home is walking distance to the best breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants Mission Beach has to offer. Belmont Park and the big dipper roller coaster are just down the boardwalk. Grand and Garnet bars far enough away but short walking distance.
Getting Around:
Looking for a way to get around Mission/ Pacific Beach during your stay? We've partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart.
